Sachin & Babi accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. We strive to ensure your evening wear and ready-to-wear pieces provide the perfect fit and elegance for your special occasions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in the returns portal.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid UPS shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
